What does an Apple & Microsoft Repair Technician do?
Certified Repair Technicians are fully responsible for providing technical hardware and software support to the current organizations & individuals. Hot Products are MacBook Air M5 M4 M3 M2 M1 chip, MacBook Pro M5 M4 M3 M2 M1 chip, Air Pods Pro 2nd 3rd Generation, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and 2, iPad Pro M5 M4 M3 M2 M1 chip, Mac Mini M4 M3 M2 M1 chip, Apple Watch Series 11 and 10, iPad Air M3 M2 M1 chip, iMac 24 iMac 21.5 and imac 27 and of course the Apple Vision Pro and AirTag.
Our job goal is to evaluating assessment, analyzing, repairing, deploying, testing and maintaining various types of computer equipment.
Of course, we, expert technicians, are also reponsible for maintaining organizations' computers and providing in-service training the internal employees and team.
Our role entails troubleshooting technical problems, providing technical support for software and applications usage, coordinating service and maintenance with both internal and external customers; installation of new software and hardware, and maintenance of organization's inventory of equipment.
Certified Repair Technicians' work involves diagnosing malfunctioning computer software or hardware, identifying the problem, and then applying the right procedures in fixing it.
Our work is done when the device is restored to a useable state. It may also involve building and assembling personal computers and servers, including setting up local area networks of computers and other similar devices.
The other duties of Certified Repair Technicians mainly involve computer hardware, they may also be required sometimes to perform certain software tasks, such as replacement or installation of cards, memory and drives. Additionally certified repair technician will try to remove any malware, however, it will copy out valuable files from the hard disk and save in another device if necessary.
